PREMISE See here. The short version is that military experiments lead to the zombie apocalypse — and to genetically enhanced soldiers called the Hellhounds. They're the success story, the ones who made it before it all went to shit. CHARACTER Emilia didn't join the marines out of patriotism, she joined because she wanted to prove to herself that she could make it. Youngest of three and the only girl in the family, that's always been a driving factor for her — and it's why she signed up for the experiments, too. Second round, and only half of her group made it, but she did. And then the world as she knew it ended. Her brothers are dead. What's left of humanity doesn't trust hellhounds, given that they were the start of the end, but Emilia is one of them. Now is the time to figure out how to make it mean anything.
